My June highlights:
The early part of June we took a trip up North to pick up my daughter from college. It took eight of us to accomplish that. That's one thing about my family, we like to do anything in a pack, like lions. I love my family, they are never a dull moment, drama and all. We took the scenic route, the coast of California; such a beautiful view. A lot of ocean, giant green trees and curves galore.
Many miles later she is now home and my kids are now under one roof.

This is my experience at IMATS. It was my first time there and my first impression was OMG! I was overwhelmed. I just did not realize how big the make-up industry was; I am new to this.
Sure I always made sure I had an eyeliner, black, then brown and now my color is purple. Then I dabbled with eyeshadow, over the counter did the trick. Then I added an eyelash curler, some mascara and now lipstick.
My first make-up investment was a couple of years ago, when MAC came up with a Hello Kitty collection. I went wild, $200 plus wild. There it sits, pretty as the day I purchased it. I have used it, but not as much as I would like. I'm a student of YT, blogs and tweets now. I am learning and will put to use my acquired items.
We, as a family, have a new addition to the pack: a baby girl. I haven't held her yet, for her mother, my niece, is in the military, therefore she was born abroad. Hopefully time flies by, as it usually does, and I am able to hold her and officially welcome her to chaos that is our family.
Thank you,
mev
